  • How much is your application fee?

    The application fee is $50 per person and is a non-refundable amount. All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application for occupancy and will be a leaseholder upon approval.

  • Is my security deposit completely refundable?
    • Security Deposit: Starts at $500 (refundable security deposit) based upon application approval.*
  • What is your reservation fee?

    A one-time payment in the amount of $500. This payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is made in writing within 48 hours of signed reservation agreement.

  • Do you allow pets? If so, are there any restrictions?

    We welcome cats and dogs.  There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, not to exceed 100 lbs. total weight. Some breed restrictions are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of Management. Specifics regarding your pet’s breed, weight, proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $500 is due upon move-in. A monthly pet rent of $50 per pet will be due at the beginning of each month.

  • What is the parking situation like (free, assigned spaces, covered, guest parking, etc.)?

    Parking is by PERMIT ONLY and is strictly enforced. Resident parking is located on the G2 & G3 levels of the garage. Individual spaces are $150 per/month and are not reserved. A select number of tandem spaces, which are reserved and accommodate two vehicles, are available at $200 per/month. Visitor parking is available on the G1 level of the garage on a first come, first serve basis. Hourly and/or Daily parking rates are applicable.

  • Do you accept short-term leases?

    12-month leases are standard, but we do offer variable lease terms as market conditions allow. 

  • What are your concession terms?

    Rents are determined daily, based on current market conditions. 

  • Are utility costs included in the rent?

    Residents are responsible for electric and water services within their apartment home.

  • Is renter's insurance required?

    We require all residents to have a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage at all times and Legend Management Group to be included as an “Additional Insured.” All approved applications pre-qualify for an A+ policy that is easy, affordable and hassle-free at eRenterPlan.com Ask your leasing professional about our eRenterPlans or you can use the insurance company of your choice.

  • Do you have a waiting list?

    Availability is updated and advertised on the 2001 Clarendon website.

  • Can I pay my rent online?

    Life is busy and time is valuable, so we aim to make our exchanges as hassle-free as possible with our resident portal. Residents and future residents have the options of paying rent online with a credit card,* auto-debit or e-check through our resident portal. Simply click the “Resident Login” link above to login or register. Rent can also be paid with a money order or cashier’s check.

    *Processing fees will vary for credit card payments.

    Residents can choose from Comcast or Verizon for their cable, telephone and Internet needs.
