The application fee is $55 per person and is a non-refundable amount. All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application for occupancy and will be a leaseholder upon approval.
A one-time payment in the amount of $500. This payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is made in writing within 48 hours of signed reservation agreement.
We welcome cats and dogs. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, not to exceed 100 lbs. total weight. Some breed restrictions are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of Management. Specifics regarding your pet’s breed, weight, proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $500 is due upon move-in. A monthly pet rent of $50 per pet will be due at the beginning of each month.
Parking is by PERMIT ONLY and is strictly enforced. Resident parking is located on the G2 & G3 levels of the garage. Individual spaces are $200 per/month and are not reserved. A select number of tandem spaces, which are reserved and accommodate two vehicles, are available at $300 per/month. Visitor parking is available on the G1 level of the garage on a first come, first serve basis. Hourly and/or Daily parking rates are applicable.
12-month leases are standard, but we do offer variable lease terms as market conditions allow.
Rents are determined daily, based on current market conditions.
Residents are responsible for electric and water services within their apartment home.
We require all residents to have a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage at all times and Legend Management Group to be included as an “Additional Insured.” All approved applications pre-qualify for an A+ policy that is easy, affordable and hassle-free at eRenterPlan.com Ask your leasing professional about our eRenterPlans or you can use the insurance company of your choice.
